INITIAL CONSULTATION
The seller and I discussed her desire to move but stay in the same town. We tabled this goal initially to focus on preparing her current home for sale.
Editing, Decluttering & Painting! Oh My!
We live in our homes quite differently than when we plan to sell our homes. I explained what buyers are looking for and worked with the homeowner to edit, declutter and paint certain spaces in her home.
List Price vs. Sales Price
We discussed market data and pricing strategies to accomplish her goals. Ultimately, we decided to price slightly BELOW market value, in order to gain the most eyes on her property.

I brought in a Stager to give the home a final polishing. Then the professional photography and floor plans were scheduled. Next, it was off to MLS for maximum exposure to the buyer pool.

After hosting over 100 potential buyers at the open houses, we were slammed with interest! People came from far and wide to see this desirable property!
