INITIAL CONSULTATION
The seller’s and I discussed their desire to start a new chapter which meant selling the family home.
Editing, Decluttering & Preparing! Oh My!
We live in our homes quite differently than when we plan to sell them. I explained what buyers are looking for and worked with the homeowners to edit, declutter and balance room flow. We also painted several spaces and changed out several light fixtures.
List Price vs. Sales Price
We discussed market data and pricing strategies to accomplish their goals. Ultimately, we decided to price slightly BELOW market value to gain the most eyes on the property.

I brought in a Stager to finish the final polishing. Then the professional photography and floor plans were scheduled. Next, it was off to MLS for maximum exposure to the buyer pool.
